Job description

Collaborating with Internal Stakeholders/Business Units/Reserve bank of India on various applications/clarifications related to Payment aggregator / Payment Gateway /Prepaid Card Insturment etc.

Stay updated with the latest regulations, guidelines, and directives issued by the RBI, NPCI etc. pertaining to the PPI/NBFC/FinTech industries. Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with the updated regulations and manage any changes in the regulatory environment effectively. Having knowledge of Payments Systems and Settlements Act.

Direct experience with compliances pertaining to payment aggregator, prepaid instruments, e-commerce or payment gateway, UPI. Knowledge of Cross Border transactions, OPGSP (online payment gateway service providers) Flows, evaluating and identifying compliance and transaction risk. Develop, Implement and Monitor compliance policy and procedures

Establish and maintain a robust compliance monitoring program to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls, policies, and procedures. Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits to identify and rectify any non-compliance issues.

Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations., policies, and procedures. Foster a culture of compliance by promoting awareness and understanding of compliance obligations across the organization.

Drafting, Reviewing various agreements related to PPI Business. Highlighting compliance and mitigating risk in all the drafting resulted in safeguarding the Organization from any unwanted consequences. Recommending Corrective Actions as and when necessary related to PPI/PA/PG/PSS etc.

Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory complaints related to PPI/PA/PG/NPCI, including RBI. Establish and maintain effective relationships with regulators, respond to regulatory inquiries, and coordinate regulatory examinations and inspections.

Responsible for managing the communication of financial information to shareholders, ensuring timely and accurate filings with regulatory authorities, and providing support for investor relations activities.

Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory complaints and inspections.

Ensuring that the company's systems and processes are compliant with data privacy laws and regulations.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into the company's business practices and processes.

Coordinating with cross functions in the company to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Provide compliance advisory on partner onboarding, terms & conditions, SOPs, and product flows.

Safeguard the organization from regulatory/legal risks by ensuring compliance integration across all business units.

Keeping up to date with changes in laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensuring that the company is aware of and complies with any new requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations

Participate in industry groups and forums to stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Preparing Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly MIS Report from time to time.

Manage documentation, version control, and partner coordination.

Handle all other compliance-related tasks as assigned by the reporting authority.

All the other task assigned by the reporting authority as per requirement

Role & Responsibility

Role :

This role involves managing compliance functions, monitoring regulatory developments, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain good governance practices. The role will also lead the development and implementation of compliance policies, conduct regular audits, and provide training to ensure that the organization remains fully compliant with current regulations.

Objectives :

To ensue and manage the compliance functions and regulatory obligations of PPI Division

To ensure that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies and maintaining good governance practices

To monitor and analysing regulatory developments and changes to ensure the company stays up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
