Business Associate — Growth & Business Development

Beyond Crimson | Siliguri

Beyond Crimson is a 360° hybrid marketing communication agency — content, strategy, brand design, web, digital and social, campaigns, the full stack. We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for opportunity to knock. Someone who kicks the door down, walks in, and leaves with a signed deal.

If you can spot a business need before the client even says it out loud, and you know how to turn a conversation into a contract — this is your seat.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll be the person who grows Beyond Crimson. That means finding new business, upselling existing accounts, building relationships that convert, and making sure the agency's pipeline never runs dry. You'll work closely with the creative and strategy teams to understand what we offer, so you can pitch it like you built it yourself.

Some of what's on your plate:

— Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors — hospitality, tourism, government, retail, and beyond

— Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, spotting where they need more than what they're currently getting

— Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, from marketing heads to founders to government boards

— Prepare pitches, proposals, and decks in coordination with the creative team

— Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions like your bonus depends on it — because it does

— Represent Beyond Crimson at meetings, events, and industry conversations with confidence and polish

Who we're looking for

— A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (an MBA is a plus, not a requirement)

— 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing — agency background preferred, but not mandatory

— Sharp communication skills — you can talk to a hotel owner and a government secretary in the same week and sound equally credible in both rooms

— A natural instinct for spotting opportunity and closing it

— Comfort with numbers — pitches, proposals, and negotiations all live here

— Someone who's organized, persistent, and doesn't flinch at rejection
