About Shree Ram Institute of Vedic Astrology (SHRIVA)

SHRIVA is an online institute offering structured, academically grounded courses in Vedic Astrology, Vedic Numerology, and Tarot. We are building India's most credible online Jyotish education platform — classical texts, structured curriculum, certified courses.

Role Summary

You will be the first point of contact for every prospective student. Leads come in from Facebook and Instagram campaigns, our website enquiry forms, WhatsApp, YouTube, and referrals — your job is to reach them quickly, understand what they're looking for, explain the right course, and convert the enquiry into an enrolment.

This is a counselling-led sales role, not cold calling. You will be speaking to people who have already shown interest in learning astrology, numerology, or tarot.

Key Responsibilities

Lead handling: Contact every incoming lead from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, website forms, WhatsApp, and other sources within the defined response time.
Counselling: Understand the enquirer's background and interest level; recommend the appropriate course (Jyotish / Numerology / Tarot, beginner or advanced).
Course explanation: Explain curriculum, module structure, duration, class schedule, certification, faculty credentials, and fee options accurately.
Follow-up: Maintain a disciplined follow-up cycle over calls, WhatsApp, and email until the lead converts or is closed.
Conversion & payment: Guide candidates through registration and online payment; coordinate fee confirmation and receipts.
Record-keeping: Update every interaction in the CRM / lead tracker — status, next action date, and remarks. Zero untracked leads.
Onboarding support: Add enrolled students to the batch group, share joining links, schedules, and study material access.
Reporting: Share daily and weekly reports on leads received, contacted, converted, and lost, with reasons.
Feedback loop: Share recurring student objections and questions with the marketing team to improve ad copy and landing pages.
Post-enrolment: Assist with renewals, upsell to advanced modules, and generate referrals from satisfied students.

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years in tele-sales, inside sales, admission counselling, EdTech, or customer support. EdTech experience is a plus.
Languages: Fluent Hindi and working English — both spoken and written. Ability to write clear WhatsApp messages is essential.
Tech comfort: WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel, email, and basic CRM. Should be comfortable on video calls.
Attitude: Patient, respectful listener. Many enquirers are exploring astrology for personal reasons — the conversation must be handled with sensitivity, never with pressure tactics or false promises.
Interest in the subject: Not mandatory, but genuine curiosity about Jyotish, Numerology, or Tarot is a strong advantage — you'll learn the subject on the job and we support that.

What We Offer

Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentive
Working days & hours: 6 days, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
