Key Responsibilities:
1. Two GTM motions, one owner
First — Hospitals as the channel. You get us in front of the MD or Chairman,
we sign a partnership, and the hospital's discharge desk refers patients to
KarunaiCare as part of their aftercare.
Second — Both sides of our marketplace, direct. Demand side: outreach and
local activations that build family/patient demand independent of any
hospital relationship. Supply side: direct sourcing of caregivers — nurses,
physiotherapists, attendants — into our verified network.
Both motions build the same two-sided marketplace — hospitals bring us
patient volume in bulk, direct outreach builds demand and supply so we're
not dependent on any single hospital relationship. You'll be expected to run
all three fronts at once, not sequentially: hospital partnerships, family
demand, and caregiver supply.
2. What you'll own
B2B2C — hospital partnerships
● Build and maintain a live target list of T2 and T3 hospitals and clinic
chains across Chennai and Tamil Nadu — multi-speciality groups,
standalone nursing homes, and diagnostic-linked hospitals.
● Use your existing network to get direct appointments with Medical
Directors, Chairmen, CEOs, or hospital promoters — not front-desk or
procurement contacts.
● Set up and, where useful, join pitch meetings alongside our founder
and clinical lead, positioning KarunaiCare's discharge-care partnership
model.
● Carry each relationship from first meeting through to a signed MOU —
following up, answering hospital-side questions, and coordinating
internal inputs needed to close.
B2C — direct demand and supply
● Identify and run direct-to-family outreach channels — local community
touchpoints, referral networks, on-ground activations — that don't
depend on a hospital introduction.
● Work with the team on nurture and conversion for family leads
generated outside the hospital channel.
● Source caregivers directly — nurses, physiotherapists, attendants, lab
technicians — through your own network, nursing colleges, agencies,
and local caregiver communities, and route them into our verification
pipeline.
● Track which channel — hospital referral or direct — is actually
converting into paying customers and verified caregivers, and adjust
effort accordingly.
Across all three
● Feedback on what hospitals, families, and caregivers actually ask for —
objections, competing offers, referral mechanics — so our pitch and
sourcing approach keep improving.
● Maintain a simple weekly pipeline report covering all three fronts:
hospitals contacted, direct family leads generated, caregivers sourced,
meetings secured, stage, next action.
3. What you bring
Non-negotiable
● 5+ years in healthcare business development, hospital sales,
pharma/medical device sales, or hospital administration in Chennai or
Tamil Nadu.
● An existing rolodex of hospital promoters, MDs, or senior
administrators you can call directly — not cold-start networking.
● Demonstrated ability to run more than one GTM motion at once —
comfortable moving between an institutional sale (hospital
partnership), consumer-facing demand generation (families), and
supply-side sourcing (caregivers) in the same week.
● Comfort walking into a chairman's office and holding a CXO-level
conversation.
● Fluency in English and Tamil.
● Own vehicle and willingness to travel across the city and state
regularly.
Good to have
● Understanding of hospital discharge planning and referral workflows.
● Familiarity with NABH accreditation and what it means to a hospital's
growth priorities.
● Past experience selling an aggregator, agency, or platform model into
hospitals (home healthcare, diagnostics, ambulance, or similar).
● Existing relationships in Tier-2 towns beyond Chennai (Coimbatore,
Madurai, Trichy) for future expansion.

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 with Daily Allowance with + Incentive
