Job Title: Office Boy
Location:SCO19 Sector 11Panchkula, Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Salary: ₹8000 -10000per month
Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and willing to perform general office duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Assist in office opening and closing activities.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory when required.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other office-related items.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks.
Ensure pantry items are stocked and organized.
Dispose of office waste and maintain hygiene standards.
Perform any other office-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass.
0–2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers can also apply).
Basic reading and writing skills.
Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to handle routine office tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of office etiquette.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Reliable and trustworthy.
