**Position:** Business Development Executive (BDE)

**Experience:** 0–1 Year (Freshers are welcome)

**Internship Duration:** 3 Months

* **1st Month:** 7000+ Perforemnce Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities :

Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.

Identify and connect with potential clients, HR managers, hiring managers, and decision-makers.

Develop new business opportunities for IT Staffing, Recruitment, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and Training Services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.

Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update the CRM on a daily basis.

Research target companies and identify business opportunities across different industries.

Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements.

Work on vendor collaboration and establish partnerships with implementation partners and staffing companies.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and business targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.

Participate in networking events, webinars, and business meetings to expand the company's client base.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong lead generation and client acquisition experience.

Knowledge of B2B sales and business development.

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.

Basic understanding of IT Staffing and Recruitment.

Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

Experience in IT Recruitment or IT Services.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Software Development services.

Experience in vendor management and client handling.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of qualified leads generated.

Client meetings scheduled.

Vendor collaborations established.

New client acquisitions.

Revenue generated from new business.

Lead conversion ratio.

Weekly and monthly business targets achieved.

Establish partnerships with Schools, Colleges, Universities, Training Institutes, and Educational Organizations.

Coordinate with schools and colleges for:

Campus Recruitment

Internship Programs

Placement Assistance
