# Hospital Receptionist – Chennai

**Position:** Receptionist / Front Office Executive

**Industry:** Hospital / Healthcare

**Location:** Chennai

**Experience:** 3–6 Years

**Salary:** ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

* Manage front desk and reception activities.

* Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.

* Handle patient enquiries, phone calls, and appointments.

* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other hospital departments.

* Maintain patient records, registration details, and documentation.

* Handle billing-related coordination and basic administrative tasks.

* Ensure smooth patient flow and provide excellent customer service.

* Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

Requirements :

* 3–6 years of experience in Receptionist / Front Office roles.

* **Hospital or healthcare experience preferred.**

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

* Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

* Ability to handle patients and visitors courteously.

* Good coordination and multitasking skills.
