B2B Sales Executive & Market Development

Department: Sales
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 1–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive & Market Development to drive business growth through customer acquisition, B2B sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Approach potential customers, fleet operators, institutions and business partners.
Support market expansion through identification and onboarding of suitable dealers/channel partners.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and follow-ups to drive sales conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Maintain sales records and regular reports.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer meetings, market visits and business development activities.

Candidate Profile

1–4 years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Market Development.
Experience in EV, Automobile, Automotive, Mobility or related industries preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field work and extensive travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and sales reporting.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel on a two-wheeler preferred.
Candidates from Bhopal, Raisen and Mandideep will be preferred, particularly those familiar with the local market and surrounding territories.

Note: This is a field-oriented role requiring regular travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
