About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can independently manage the brand's social media presence from strategy to execution.

The person will be responsible for developing the content strategy, planning the monthly content calendar, creating and coordinating content, managing Instagram and other social media platforms, analysing performance and continuously improving the brand's digital presence.

This is not only a posting role. We are looking for someone who understands trends, aesthetics, storytelling, Reels, Gen-Z content, luxury branding and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute the overall social media strategy.
Create monthly and weekly content plans.
Identify current Instagram/Reels trends, formats, sounds and content opportunities.
Develop content pillars for the brand.
Plan content around:
Product
Brand story
Founder
Behind the scenes
Customer experiences
Trends
Educational content
Lifestyle
Campaigns
Festivals and occasions
Continuously experiment with new content formats.

2. Content Creation

The candidate should be capable of actually creating content, not just giving instructions to a photographer/editor.

Responsibilities include:

Shoot Reels and short-form videos using a smartphone/camera.
Shoot product and lifestyle content.
Create Instagram Stories.
Create carousels and static posts.
Create behind-the-scenes content.
Create founder-led content.
Edit Reels and short-form videos.
Add captions, transitions, text, music and other relevant elements.
Create content that looks premium, aesthetic and platform-native.

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or similar tools is preferred.

3. Instagram Management

Manage the brand's Instagram account on a daily basis.
Upload and schedule posts, Reels and Stories.
Write captions and CTAs.
Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity.
Manage Instagram highlights.
Monitor comments and DMs.
Identify opportunities to increase engagement.
Coordinate with the CRM/Sales team for customer enquiries generated through social media.

4. Reels & Growth

A major responsibility of this role will be organic Instagram growth.

Create high-quality Reels consistently.
Research trending formats and sounds.
Analyse which content is performing and why.
Replicate successful formats while keeping the content original.
Experiment with hooks, storytelling and different video structures.
Focus on increasing:
Reach
Views
Engagement
Followers
Profile visits
Enquiries
Website/store visits

5. Content Calendar

Prepare and maintain a structured content calendar covering:

Shoot quick content independently whenever required instead of waiting for a professional production.

7. Influencer & Creator Coordination

Research relevant influencers and content creators.
Maintain an influencer database.
Coordinate collaborations.
Brief influencers regarding content requirements.
Track influencer deliverables.
Repurpose influencer content across social media.
Track performance of collaborations.

8. Brand Aesthetics

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a consistent premium visual identity across social media.

They should understand:

Luxury aesthetics
Typography
Composition
Colour palette
Visual storytelling
Fashion/lifestyle photography
Premium video editing
Current social media design trends

The content should look designed and intentional, rather than like generic template-based social media content.

9. Analytics & Reporting

Track social media performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

Reports should include:

Followers gained
Reach
Reel views
Engagement
Shares
Saves
Profile visits
Website clicks
Enquiries
Top-performing content
Worst-performing content
Growth opportunities

The candidate should be able to answer:

“What worked, what didn't work and what are we going to change next month?”

Understanding of luxury/premium branding
Ability to work independently

Must Have

A strong personal portfolio of Instagram/Reels/content work.

Candidates should submit previous work/Reels/accounts they have managed or created along with their application.
