Join us as our next Marketing Intern at The Aldott!

The Aldott is a unique, new-age boutique business hotel located in Gurgaon, where sophistication meets convenience.
Designed as a one-stop solution for the intelligent urban business travelers, featuring a coffee shop, a courtyard, a rooftop restaurant, a conference room, and a double-storied event space.
We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our vibrant team and help us redefine the business travel experience

To serve business nomads and create a collaborative, connective community that transcends the usual hotel experience.
To be the ultimate solution for business travelers, fostering connections and community.

Our Mission:

To set a new standard in business travel by bringing like-minded individuals and well-thought-out concepts together under one roof.
To create an environment where travelers can share and explore ideas, knowledge, and network effectively.

What you will be doing:

Research, brainstorm and generate ideas to develop new social media strategies for our online campaigns
Have a creative knack for creating content that engages our readers and visitors on social media and website
Monitor new trends and insights to continuously adapt to changing customer preferences
Constantly monitor our online performance and report on the analysis of our social media and marketing activities
Help us improve our online visibility, increase our follower count and build brand awareness
Help plan and execute exciting promotional events, meetings, conferences and other hotel activities
Respond to Google reviews and engage with our customers to inspire and inform them

Must haves:

Experience and interest in content creation and copywriting
Ability to work 7-9 hours, 5 days a week, remotely or onsite
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team when needed
Ability to communicate well, manage daily organizational tasks and be proactive
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies and interest in social media and its uses
Strong problem-solving skills with creative flair and the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Canva and an understanding of all major social media platforms
