What You'll DoSales & Customer Service

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right gold, diamond, platinum, silver, and bridal jewellery.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge

Explain jewellery designs, BIS Hallmark, purity, diamonds, gemstones, making charges, and ongoing offers.
Stay updated with the latest collections and market trends.
Help customers select jewellery for weddings, festivals, gifting, and investments.

Store Operations

Maintain premium showroom display and visual merchandising standards.
Handle billing, customer orders, and documentation accurately.
Assist with inventory management and stock verification.
Follow company SOPs and showroom standards.

Customer Relationship

Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Deliver outstanding after-sales service.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Who Can Apply?

Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
Candidates currently working or previously worked with reputed jewellery brands such as Tanishq, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Kalyan Jewellers, Joyalukkas, GRT Jewellers, Bhima Jewellers, Lalitha Jewellery, Khazana Jewellery, PNG Jewellers, or other organized jewellery retailers are highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for retail sales.
Target-oriented with a desire to grow in a professional environment.
