You will work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases, and to implement automated testing frameworks for UI, API, and system integration testing.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented test engineer with 3–5 years of experience across both manual/functional and automated testing, looking to advance their expertise in test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile testing methodologies.

Maintain and improve test automation frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
Implement exploratory testing techniques to enhance test coverage.
Maintain manual testing efforts while progressively increasing the scope of automated test coverage, to improve efficiency and streamline testing processes.
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand testing needs, and to define and maintain test scenarios and scripts.
Work with functional testing (system integration testing, user acceptance testing, API testing).
Identify and troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and automation script failures.
Ensure automation scripts and frameworks follow best practices, maintainability, and scalability principles, including through code reviews and other quality assurance activities.
Document test automation processes and contribute to test strategy improvements.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on both test automation and manual/functional testing.
Hands-on experience in UI, API, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
Proficiency in test automation programming (API, UI) using tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing into the development workflow.
Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies and working within Agile teams.
Basic scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or another programming language for automation.
Demonstrate an ‘automation-first’ mentality, with the adaptability to balance automated, exploratory, functional, and non-functional testing as required.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across both manual and automated test environments.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate testing requirements effectively.
Desirable:
Exposure to performance and security testing automation.
Experience with BDD/TDD methodologies using tools like Cucumber or Jest.
