Full job description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth, generating quality leads or sales, and improving campaign ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign planning.
Create and optimize ad campaigns, targeting, budgets, bids, and creative variations.
Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform dashboards.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, audiences, offers, and campaign strategies.
Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve conversion rates.
Work with creative, content, sales, and product teams to improve campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Track marketing funnels and identify areas for optimization.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing funnels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

Google Ads and Meta certifications.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid advertising platforms.
Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking.
Basic understanding of SEO, landing-page optimization, and CRO.
Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or app marketing.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
