About the Role

Designoweb Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer who can translate ideas, technical concepts, and business requirements into visually engaging designs.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing for the IT, technology, web development, SaaS, and digital services industry and should be comfortable creating content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other digital platforms.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, SEO, Business Development, and Development teams to create designs that communicate complex technology and service offerings in a simple, professional, and visually appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, blogs, landing pages, advertisements, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
Design creatives related to IT services, web development, Shopify, Webflow, mobile app development, SaaS, AI solutions, SEO, and other technology services.
Convert content, concepts, and technical information into visually engaging graphics.
Create website banners, service page visuals, infographics, promotional creatives, case study designs, presentation decks, and marketing collateral.
Develop creative concepts and maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to develop graphics that support campaigns and content strategies.
Design engaging LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media creatives aligned with the company's communication strategy.
Create graphics for job openings, company announcements, events, internal communications, and employer branding.
Work on multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure final creatives meet the required specifications.
Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing formats, UI/visual communication trends, and technology-industry aesthetics.
Explore and effectively use AI-powered design and creative tools to improve productivity and generate innovative design concepts.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Good working knowledge of Canva and other digital design tools.
Understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating designs for digital marketing and social media platforms.
Basic understanding of web design, UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, and website graphics.
Ability to create infographics and visual representations of technical concepts.
Knowledge of design specifications for social media and web platforms.
Basic understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
Familiarity with AI-based creative/design tools is an advantage.
Understanding of the IT, software, web development, SaaS, or digital services industry will be highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

2–3 years of professional experience in graphic designing, preferably within an IT, software, SaaS, web development, digital marketing, or technology company.
Experience designing for B2B technology companies will be an added advantage.
Experience creating graphics for LinkedIn and other professional/business-focused platforms.
Knowledge of basic motion graphics or video editing will be a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
