Job Description

Design, development, and revamping of the UI architecture of one of the key products.
Understanding of SaaS industry with hands on experience
Should be good in project management skills and effectively communicate with all internal stakeholders as on when required.
Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript and SASS/LESS.
Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
Prior UI tech lead experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of, Bootstrap, NodeJS, OOA and OOD Concepts
Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment
Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learning’s in complex troubleshooting scenarios.

Desired Skills & Experience

BE/ BSC or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Arts or equivalent education/experience. Emphasis on usability, human factor and/or user interfaces is desirable.
Min 3+ years of experience in UX/UI designing of web applications, mobile apps ( android/iOS).
Strong design skills in web and mobile and desktop - Html 5, CSS3,SCSS,SASS JavaScript, JQuery, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap, Mockups and Wireframes.
Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work with others at all levels; Effective at working with geographically remote and culturally diverse teams.
Good to have experience in the healthcare domain.
Must possess a passion for user interfaces and human computer interfaces with the ability to excite and motivate other team members in various roles with-in the organization
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc and experience in using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, etc with storyboarding and prototyping, working with offshore teams
