Job Title: Telecaller/ Data Entry – Work From Home

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Performance Bonus + Sales Commission

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Candidates with relevant telecalling, customer service, or sales experience may also be considered.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, lead generation, or a related field preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain the company's products and services clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
Record call details, customer responses, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Collect customer information and relevant business data.
Maintain and expand the customer database.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.
Respect customer privacy and follow applicable telemarketing and Do Not Call requirements.

Candidates who can communicate in any of the following Indian languages will be preferred:

Malayalam
