ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.
Financial business data analysis, P&L account analysis and other financial strategy improvement implementation.
Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems.
Implement and Monitor metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
Supporting Operations Head in driving critical initiatives at a central level.
Tracking of critical initiatives at a central level
Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management visibility and review
Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation.
Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects.
Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members
Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.
Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.
Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate or alter sales direction strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

MBA preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics
Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills.
Experience of using various data management and analysis tools.
Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change.
Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.
Strong networker, influencer, and team player.

Lead and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement a regional data strategy, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with regional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
Develop and maintain robust data models and visualizations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Identify and implement advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, to enhance decision-making capabilities.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.
Ensure data quality and integrity by establishing robust data governance practices and processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, and drive innovation within the organization.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading and managing data-driven initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in data modeling, data visualization, and advanced analytics techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
Experience in developing and implementing data strategies, and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making processes.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software.
A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong business acumen and the ability to align data initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred but not mandatory.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analytics, statistics, or computer science, is required.
Additional certifications or qualifications in data analytics or related fields are highly desirable.
