Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in managing and coordinating software development projects and working with cross-functional technical teams.
You will be responsible for coordinating projects from requirement gathering through planning, execution, testing, deployment, and delivery. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, along with a good understanding of software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end software development projects.
- Work closely with Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with project planning, sprint planning, task allocation, and timeline management.
- Conduct daily follow-ups and track project progress.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Support requirement gathering, project scope definition, and effort estimation.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
- Conduct and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor deliverables and provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate testing, production deployment, and release activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and project-related records.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, management, and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Coordination, Project Management, or Software Delivery.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC.
- Experience coordinating software development projects and technical teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of project planning, task management, and timeline tracking.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Zoho Projects, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of web and software development technologies.
- Knowledge of React.js, Node.js, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or mobile applications will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI, or Enterprise Software Projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Basic understanding of software deployment and release management.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
