Founder's Office Associate – Growth & Business Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the Founder across growth, commercial priorities, new initiatives, and business execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between analysis, problem-solving, and execution. You may be reviewing marketplace performance in the morning, evaluating a new product or category in the afternoon, and coordinating a high-priority launch or commercial initiative by the end of the day. The role offers broad exposure to how a fast-growing D2C and consumer business is built and scaled.

What You Will Own

Growth & Commercial Performance Track sales, margins, pricing, promotions and SKU performance across channels.
Analyse e-commerce and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and optimise the Shopify store — product listings, site performance,
conversion rate, and dayto-day storefront operations.
Plan, execute and analyse performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, tracking ROAS, CAC and other key metrics.
Support decisions around pricing, assortment, promotions and channel expansion.
Work with marketing, marketplace and commercial teams to improve business outcomes.
Build simple commercial models and evaluate new growth opportunities.

New Products, Categories & Growth Initiatives

Support new product launches from business case through execution.
Research categories, competitors, consumers and emerging opportunities.
Evaluate new channels, partnerships and market opportunities.
Coordinate across product, marketing, supply chain and commercial teams to drive launches.
Help test new ideas quickly and turn successful experiments into repeatable initiatives.

Founder's Office & Special Projects

Work directly with the Founder on the company's highest-priority projects.
Take ambiguous ideas and convert them into structured plans and clear actions.
Drive cross-functional follow-ups and ensure key initiatives move to closure.
Step into operational bottlenecks where required and help solve them.
Own selected projects end-to-end rather than simply coordinating them.

Business Performance & Decision Support

Build and maintain dashboards around key business KPIs.
Analyse business performance and highlight issues, opportunities and next actions.
Read and work with P&L statements to understand margins, costs and profitability drivers.
Support operations and supply chain coordination — inventory, fulfilment and vendor follow-ups — where it affects business performance.
Prepare forecasts, scenarios and simple financial models.
Create concise decision notes and presentations for important business discussions. |
Bring structure and data to fast-moving decisions.

What We Are Looking For

2–4 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, startups, consulting or a similar highgrowth environment.
Strong commercial instinct and comfort working with business numbers, including reading and interpreting P&L statements.
Working knowledge of Shopify and hands-on experience with performance marketing on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Familiarity with operations and supply chain fundamentals (inventory, fulfilment, vendor coordination).
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and move quickly toward solutions.
Strong execution discipline and ability to follow through without constant supervision.
Strong expertise in Excel, and comfort using AI engines such as ChatGPT and Claude to speed up analysis and execution. Strong written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail with a strong bias toward action.

Experience That Will Help Exposure to one or more of the following is valuable:

D2C or consumer brands
E-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon or similar platforms, and Shopify-managed storefronts
Beauty, personal care, food, wellness or other CPG categories New product or category launches
Growth marketing and performance analytics, including Meta Ads and Google Ads Retail or distributor expansion
Commercial analysis, forecasting or financial modelling, including P&L analysis Operations and supply chain exposure
Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of daily analytical or operational workflows

What This Role Is Not This is not a traditional strategy role focused primarily on presentations and research. It is also not a coordination or executive-assistant role. The expectation is that you will analyse, recommend, execute and follow through on important business priorities.

Location: 3 Months from Mumbai and then has an Opportunity to move to Kuwait
This is an on-ground role working closely with the Founder and broader business team.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
