Job Title: Product Creative & Digital Marketing Executive

About the Company:

Avience Biomedicals Limited is an ISO & GMP–certified organization engaged in the manufacturing of In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products, medical devices, biomedical consumables, and laboratory solutions. The company operates in compliance with Indian MDR-2017, ISO-13485, FDA, and other applicable international regulatory standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to manage product graphics, packaging, branding, social media, and video content. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand identity while ensuring compliance with applicable medical and IVD industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Design product packaging, labels, brochures, catalogs, and marketing creatives for IVD and medical products.
Develop creative concepts aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and edit product videos, reels, demos, and corporate videos.
Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Ensure marketing content complies with applicable standards such as MDR-2017 and ISO-13485.
Monitor social media performance and improve engagement.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Regulatory teams for accurate communication.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in graphic design, packaging, video production, and social media.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
Strong knowledge of branding, packaging, label design, and visual communication.
Good understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
Knowledge of medical/device regulatory requirements is preferred.
Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in IVD, medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
Familiarity with product packaging, labeling, and regulatory requirements
Hands-on experience in product photography and videography

High attention to detail in product representation
Effective time and project management
Cross-functional collaboration
Adaptability in a regulated environment

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
