Full job description

We are a marketing and outreach company based in Mohali, working across design, manufacturing and retail categories. We are hiring one person to own our digital presence end to end, running social media day to day and keeping our websites current and well designed.

This is a hands-on role. You will be shooting, designing, writing, posting and updating pages yourself, not briefing someone else to do it. You will work across several brand handles and websites, so the work stays varied and the pace is steady.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social media

Plan and run the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
Shoot and direct product, workshop and behind-the-scenes content, both photos and reels
Write captions and copy suited to each audience, as retail and B2B are not the same tone
Design static posts, carousels and stories, and edit short-form video
Manage comments and DMs, and pass genuine enquiries to the sales team
Plan and run Meta ad campaigns, and report on results

Web design

Maintain and improve existing websites: layout, imagery, copy and product listings
Design and build landing pages for launches and campaigns
Handle on-page SEO basics, page speed and mobile responsiveness
Coordinate with developers or agencies when work goes beyond your scope

Reporting

Share a monthly report on reach, engagement, website traffic and leads, with clear recommendations
Keep brand assets, photography and templates organised and reusable

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2 to 4 years of experience in social media management along with design or web work, either agency or in-house
A portfolio showing handles you have managed and websites you have built or redesigned
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or a similar platform, with the ability to build and publish a page independently
Good written English and Hindi
Ability to shoot and edit basic product content on a phone or DSLR
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple content calendars at once

PREFERRED

Experience with interior, furniture, architecture or lifestyle categories
Basic HTML and CSS
Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience with live budgets
Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace listings
