Job Title: Senior Visualizer

Experience - 3–6 Years

Employment Type - Full-time

About the Role

Olevea is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Visualizer to lead the visual execution of brand campaigns across digital, social, print, and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual thinking, excellent design skills, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual communication that aligns with brand objectives.

You will work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and the Marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, branding, and marketing initiatives.
Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms, social media, websites, presentations, print, and offline collateral.
Translate creative briefs into engaging visual solutions while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and motion designers to create integrated campaigns.
Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients when required.
Mentor and guide junior designers and visualizers by providing constructive feedback.
Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and project timelines.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and industry best practices.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Proficiency in Figma.
Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and branding.
Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, websites, and print.
Ability to conceptualize campaign ideas from scratch.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Understanding of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, or brand environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, and digital creative work.
