Job Overview
We are looking for passionate and technically strong Associate Software Development Engineers (SDEs) who have excellent communication skills and a strong foundation in software development. Candidates should have hands-on project experience, the ability to work with modern technologies, and confidence in interacting with international clients.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, building scalable applications, and working on AI-driven products and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and software solutions.
- Build and maintain AI-powered applications, automation systems, and enterprise software products.
- Work with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, and solution design.
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
- Research and implement emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Present technical solutions and project demonstrations to clients.
- Contribute to product innovation and software architecture discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2019–2022 pass-out candidates preferred. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong project experience may also apply.

Salary & BenefitsFreshers
- Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month during the first 6 months.
- Upon successful completion of training, compensation may be revised to ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month based on performance and evaluation.
Experienced Candidates
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month based on relevant experience, technical skills, and communication abilities.

Employment Terms
- 5 Days Working
- Freshers: 6 Months Probation
- Experienced Candidates: 3 Months Probation
- During probation, 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays will be working days.
- On-site interviews only. No virtual interview rounds.
- Candidates must use their own laptop during the 6-month probation period.
- Service Agreement: 2 Years with a ₹1.5 Lakh refundable security deposit cheque, returned upon successful completion of the agreement period.
