Job Scope & Responsibilities

Position Title: Senior Copywriter

Department: Copy & Content

Reporting To: COO Location: Remote

Compensation: ₹4.0–6.0 LPA

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who brings insight, energy, and originality to every brief. This is a hands-on, idea-first writing role ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in creative agencies, across both mainline and digital platforms.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end creative development—from crafting platform-specific content and compelling narratives to cracking campaign lines, writing scripts, and developing brand tone. You’ll collaborate closely with design, servicing, strategy, and planning teams, and will also be expected to represent the copy team in client meetings, creative reviews, and presentations.

We’re especially looking for someone who is sharp, insight-led, and able to fluently leverage AI tools to move faster and think wider, without losing their creative edge. If you know what works (and what doesn’t) across digital, print, and video—and you can back that instinct with clarity, structure, and craft—this role has your name on it.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation & Campaign Development

· Conceptualize campaign ideas, digital content properties, and communication hooks based on briefs

· Write taglines, headlines, scripts, and captions that are grounded in consumer insights and aligned with brand tonality

· Contribute to pitch decks, campaign ideas, and content calendars for both mainline and digital clients

· Partner with art and design teams to build strong, unified visual-verbal storytelling

Copy Execution Across Formats

· Write for a wide variety of formats—ATL, BTL, digital, static, and video

· Develop content for social media posts, digital banners, mailers, long-form articles, and campaign films

· Adapt copy to suit multiple platforms with sensitivity to platform behavior and audience expectations

AI Integration & Productivity

· Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Grammarly, or Notion AI as creative partners, not crutches

· Improve copy development speed, iteration efficiency, and content exploration using AI

· Build reusable prompts and AI-assisted workflows that raise the team’s speed, consistency, and creative range

· Ensure that AI-generated content is always layered with original thought, insight, and brand alignment

Creative Hygiene & Brand Understanding

· Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints

· Stay updated with communication trends, digital behavior shifts, and platform-specific styles

· Review creative output before it goes to clients—ensuring logic, tone, and grammar are all on point

· Contribute to internal brand guides, tone-of-voice documents, and content audits when needed

Ideal Candidate Attributes

You’re someone who balances creative flair with craft discipline—who gets excited about cracking the big idea, and equally about getting the line just right. You should bring:

· 3–5 years of copywriting experience in mainline, digital, or integrated creative agencies

· Proven work across both ATL and digital platforms, including social media, scripts, and campaign lines

· Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

· Strong hands-on fluency with AI writing tools, balanced by a deep reliance on original thinking

· High clarity on what works across platforms—visually, tonally, and structurally

· A proactive, dependable, and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail

· Bonus: experience writing for BFSI, B2B, or service-based brands

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
