Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated Admin to manage administrative tasks and oversee general office support activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to handle day-to-day operations efficiently. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Manage daily office and ward operations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Maintain records, files, registers, and documentation as required.
Handle data entry, paperwork, and inventory updates.
Assist with visitor management and staff coordination.
Support procurement of office supplies and maintain stock levels.
Monitor office areas and ensure rules and safety guidelines are followed.
Maintain discipline and oversee staff/visitor movement.
Support inspections, audits, and internal checks.
Ensure facilities, equipment, and furniture are well-maintained.
Report issues or repair needs to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

IT / Non-IT degree OR Diploma (any stream) with basic computer.
Freshers can apply; experience in admin handling is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, record-keeping).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
