Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Remote
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
Number of Positions: 2

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, NLP, and Azure. The candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.

Key Skills

Strong programming experience in Python
Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, NLP, Semantic Search, and Generative AI
Experience with LangChain
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure ML, and Databricks
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment
Good to have: Agentic AI, AKS/Kubernetes, and Document Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
Build and optimize LLM and RAG-based applications.
Develop NLP, semantic search, and Generative AI solutions.
Integrate AI solutions with Azure services and enterprise platforms.
Implement model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize AI/ML applications for performance and reliability.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and NLP.
Experience working with Azure AI/ML services.
Good understanding of software development and deployment practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
