- Support marketing campaigns by designing digital ad banners (Meta, Google Display), newsletter headers, and promotional landing page graphics.
Brand & Marketing Collateral
- Assist in formatting brand presentation decks, sales one-pagers, brochures, and internal brand guidelines.
- Adapt existing design templates across different aspect ratios, resolutions, and localized formats.
- Retouch, color-correct, and crop raw photos and product imagery for web and print readiness.
Creative Workflow & Asset Management
- Maintain tidy source files, vector libraries, and organized asset repositories on shared cloud storage (Figma, Drive, or Dropbox).
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, trend research, and visual mood board creation for upcoming launches.
- Incorporate design feedback from art directors and iterate rapidly through design versions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education/Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent self-taught portfolio.
- Portfolio (Mandatory): A digital portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, personal site, or PDF) demonstrating a strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Software Tools:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Figma (for digital layouts, component organization, and asset exports).
- Familiarity with Canva or InDesign is a plus.
- Typography & Composition: Clean sense of layout, margins, font pairing, and negative space.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to alignment, spelling, asset naming, and brand consistency.
- Communication: Ability to explain design choices, ask clarifying questions on briefs, and receive constructive critique positively.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of motion design or GIF creation (Adobe After Effects or basic timeline animation in Photoshop/Canva).
- Familiarity with visual aesthetics for premium branding, modern tech, or social-first marketing.
- Experience with AI generative tools (Midjourney, Firefly) for rapid ideation and mood boarding.
What You Will Gain
- Hands-on experience working on live client and brand campaigns.
