Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (SDR) to build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified business opportunities for our engineering services.

This is a pure outbound execution role focused on research, outreach, follow-ups, and booking qualified meetings.

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients (startups, SaaS companies, SMEs, enterprises)
Research decision makers (Founders, CTOs, Product Managers)
Perform outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email
Send personalized connection requests and messages
Follow up consistently with prospects
Qualify leads based on project fit and budget
Book discovery calls for the senior team
Maintain CRM / lead tracking sheet daily
Share daily activity and weekly progress reports

Daily Expectations (Important)

80–120 targeted outreach messages per day
Minimum 20–30 new LinkedIn connections per day
Follow-up with all warm leads daily
Book at least 2–4 qualified meetings per week (after ramp-up)

Requirements

Strong written English communication skills
Ability to do structured online research
Comfortable with LinkedIn and email outreach
Consistent and disciplined with daily targets
Basic understanding of IT services or software development is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently

Good to Have

Experience in B2B lead generation or SDR roles
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, or similar
Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or agency environments

Compensation

₹10,000/month + performance incentives for qualified meetings
