About the Role

We’re looking for a strong writer to help create customer-focused content for multiple B2B SaaS companies.

You’ll take product information, customer stories, research, notes, and other source material and turn them into clear, credible testimonial blogs and articles. The content should feel like it was written by someone who understands the product, the customer, and the problem being solved, not like generic marketing copy.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys learning new SaaS products, finding the story within a set of information, and turning that story into content that people actually want to read.

You’ll work across different B2B SaaS products and industries, so the ability to quickly understand a new product and adapt your writing style will be important.

What You’ll Do

Write testimonial blogs, customer stories, case studies, and other content for B2B SaaS companies
Take raw information, research, interviews, notes, and supporting material and turn them into polished articles
Research SaaS products, customers, industries, competitors, and use cases to build context around each story
Find the strongest customer pain points, outcomes, and product benefits within the information provided
Write content that feels natural, credible, and customer-focused rather than overly promotional
Adapt your writing style and structure based on the product, audience, and content requirements
Work with feedback and revise drafts quickly
Manage multiple assignments while maintaining consistent quality and meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Strong written English and excellent grammar
Experience writing blogs, articles, case studies, testimonials, or other long-form business content
A good understanding of B2B SaaS and how software products solve business problems
Strong research skills and the ability to understand a new product quickly
Ability to turn complex or scattered information into a clear and engaging story
Strong attention to detail and fact-checking
A natural writing style that does not feel AI-generated
Ability to write in a clear, credible tone without making every article sound like a sales pitch
Comfortable receiving feedback and improving drafts
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Points

Previous experience writing for B2B SaaS companies
Experience with customer stories, case studies, or testimonial content
Experience writing for US-based companies or audiences
Familiarity with SaaS categories such as CRM, HR tech, fintech, marketing tech, data, cybersecurity, or developer tools
A portfolio that shows strong business or SaaS writing

Why This Role

You’ll work on content for multiple B2B SaaS companies rather than being limited to one product or industry.

You’ll get exposure to different SaaS businesses, customer problems, industries, and audiences while building a portfolio of B2B content.

The role will begin as a contract position. We’ll use the initial period to evaluate the quality of your work, consistency, communication, and reliability.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to move into a full-time role.
