We are looking for an ambitious, confident, and result-oriented Business Developer who can help us acquire new clients and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients who need IT solutions, web development, UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, or digital marketing services.
- Connect with prospects, understand their requirements, and identify suitable solutions.
- Conduct client calls and meetings and present 3Hour Studios' services professionally.
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations with potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Explore new business opportunities in Indian and international markets.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Coordinate with the internal development, design, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
- Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in IT, digital marketing, web development, or a creative agency.
- Freshers with strong sales, communication, and business development skills may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and pitch services effectively.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition is preferred.
- Good understanding of digital services such as websites, UI/UX, branding, and digital marketing.
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and client meetings.
- Strong follow-up and deal-closing skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good spoken and written English.
Compensation & Growth
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000/month, depending on your experience, skills, performance, and previous work record.
In addition to the fixed salary, we offer attractive performance-based commissions and incentives on successful business generated.
