What you'll build
Onepool is an early-stage product company. We're building something new and building it properly, which means writing real code that goes out to real users — not the kind of intern project that gets deleted the day you leave. You'll get end-to-end ownership of what you ship, which is about the best thing that can happen to you this early in your career.
Who you'll work with
You'll work directly with the two founders: a CTO with 25+ years of architecture experience, and a founder who built and sold a retail-tech company to Amazon. There's no hierarchy to get lost in and no layer between you and the people making the calls. You'll watch a product get built and shipped, and you'll be building it with us.
The stack
React Native on the front end, [backend — fill in, e.g. Node.js + PostgreSQL], in production for real users. We care more about how you think through a problem than which language you happen to know today.
What you'll do
- Write production code that actually ships and gets used.
- Work across the stack: app features, APIs, databases, integrations.
- Deal with the real stuff — edge cases, failures, load — with the CTO guiding the big architectural calls.
- Own your bugs. When something breaks, you read the logs, find it, and fix it.
The role grows as you do. Prove you can execute, and you'll take on more.
Who you are
- Final-year student or recent grad (B.Tech CS/IT, MCA, or similar), solid on data structures, algorithms, and web basics.
- Someone who builds, not just someone who studies. You've got a GitHub, side projects, or hackathon work you're proud of.
- Reliable. You show up, you communicate, and you deliver what you said you would. On a team this small, that counts for a lot.
- You test your own code before you ask anyone to review it.
