About the Role Webskitters is looking for a dynamic and technically sound Technical Bidder who can generate business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels. The ideal candidate should understand IT services and be capable of analyzing client requirements, preparing winning proposals, communicating with international clients, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
The candidate must possess a strong understanding of software development technologies so they can confidently discuss project requirements with clients and coordinate effectively with the technical team. Successful bidders typically combine proposal-writing, technical understanding, and client communication skills to win software projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized, high-converting proposals.
- Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video meetings.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, and Developers to prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope.
- Convert leads into successful projects while maintaining a high conversion ratio. Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other business development activities.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and proposal tracker.
- Stay updated with the latest web, mobile, AI, and digital technology trends.
