About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and Next.js to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, developing RESTful APIs, and creating modern, responsive user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python.
- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using Next.js and React.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience using Git and version control workflows.
- Good understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FastAPI, and Django
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Redis, Celery, or message queue systems.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
