Job Title: QA Tester

Job Type : Full-time

Experience:2.5-4 Years

Location: Kazhakkottam, Thiruvananthapuram

Salary:25000-35000per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications through manual testing and AI-assisted testing techniques. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable using AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and test coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and software applications.
Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
Conduct functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to generate test cases, analyze requirements, and improve testing efficiency.
Validate application functionality against business requirements.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
Verify bug fixes and ensure product quality before release.
Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
Familiarity with manual testing concepts and defect tracking.
Knowledge of AI tools and their application in software testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Freshers with relevant training or certifications are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Jira, Trello, or other bug-tracking tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with test automation concepts is an added advantage.
