As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Creative Head to lead our creative team, inspire innovation, and ensure the highest quality of work across all client projects.

Role Overview

As the Creative Head, you will be responsible for leading the Creative Department and shaping the creative vision for both Vividhut and our clients. You will oversee branding, design, content, and digital campaigns while mentoring interns and collaborating closely with the Production and Sales teams to deliver outstanding results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy and is excited about building and leading a growing creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Creative Department, ensuring high-quality creative output across all projects.
Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and branding strategies tailored to client objectives.
Plan and oversee social media campaigns, digital marketing creatives, and promotional content.
Guide and mentor interns, helping them improve their creative and professional skills.
Review and approve designs, videos, and content before client delivery.
Collaborate with the Production Team to ensure smooth execution of creative concepts.
Work closely with the Sales Team to understand client requirements and translate them into impactful campaigns.
Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing strategies, and creative technologies.
Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen Vividhut's brand presence and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, or digital marketing environment.
Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
Basic understanding of photography, videography, or website design is an added advantage.
