Experience Range

- Strong experience leading development initiatives or acting as a Technical Lead for critical application components.

Must-Have Skills
Core Technologies
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot
- Experience in Microservices Architecture
- REST & SOAP API Development and Integration
- Kubernetes deployment and containerized applications
- Asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, or similar)
Technical Skills
- Application monitoring using Splunk and Grafana
- API Gateway configuration and management
- Experience with Newman scripts for API testing
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead technical design discussions and solution design
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices
- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
- Support sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical risk management
- Drive issue resolution for complex technical challenges
- Ensure timely delivery of project objectives

- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST/SOAP APIs.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes.
- Implement asynchronous messaging solutions.
- Monitor application health using Splunk and Grafana.
- Configure and manage API Gateway components.
- Execute API testing using Newman scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature enhancements and production support.
- Lead technical solution design and architecture discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support sprint planning, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.
