Conduct cuttingedge research in AI and Generative AI to develop novel algorithms and models Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies and methodologies in the AIGenerative AIMLDLNLPCV domain Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into AI research problems Analyze research findings to identify potential applications and improvements for existing AI systems Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technology Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate research outcomes effectively to stakeholders Participate in academic and industry forums to represent the organization39s AI research efforts Support strategic planning for AI research directions aligned with organizational goals
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead AIGenAI research projects providing technical expertise and direction Design develop and optimize AI algorithms and generative models tailored to specific business needs Evaluate and benchmark new AI tools frameworks and methodologies for potential adoption Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate research outcomes into practical applications Mentor junior researchers and team members fostering knowledge sharing and skill development Ensure all AI research activities comply with ethical standards and data privacy regulations Identify and drive innovation by exploring new opportunities for AI application across various domains Monitor ongoing research projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
