Experience (in years) | 5 Contract Duration (in months) | 6 Job Description | Role Summary The Technical Analyst serves as the critical link between business requirements, product teams, architects, UX specialists, developers, and platform teams within the CME program. The role is responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, supporting solution design, driving backlog readiness, validating delivered solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of AI-powered employee experience capabilities. The Technical Analyst works across multiple workstreams to ensure solutions are scalable, aligned to enterprise standards, and deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Requirements & Analysis Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions. Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Perform process mapping, impact assessments, and gap analysis. Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and ready for development. Solution Design Support Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX teams, and Engineering teams on solution design. Document end-to-end business processes, system interactions, and integration requirements. Identify technical dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and risks. Support design reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards. Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations based on technical feasibility and business needs. Agile Delivery Support Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure development teams have sufficient clarity to execute requirements. Support prioritization discussions and backlog readiness activities. Track requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle and manage requirement changes. Partner with delivery teams to resolve functional and technical questions during implementation. Testing & Quality Assurance Define test scenarios, test cases, and validation criteria. Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business validation activities. Validate delivered solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria. Assist with defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking. Support release readiness activities and production deployment validation. Data, Analytics & AI Enablement Support the analysis and design of AI-driven employee experience and conversational use cases. Define reporting, analytics, and data requirements with business stakeholders. Collaborate with analytics teams to establish KPIs, dashboards, and adoption metrics. Analyze user behavior, platform performance, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities. Contribute to continuous optimization of AI and digital experience solutions. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, solution walkthroughs, and design sessions. Communicate requirements status, risks, dependencies, and impacts to stakeholders. Build strong working relationships across Product, HR, Digital, Architecture, AI, Engineering, UX, and Change Management teams. Support senior leadership reviews by providing analysis, insights, and status updates. Key Outcomes High-quality and actionable technical requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in Technical Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Systems Analysis roles. Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments. Experience supporting enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, or employee experience platforms. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills Requirements gathering and management. User story and acceptance criteria development. Business process modelling and workflow design. API and integration analysis. Data analysis and reporting. Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integrations. Exposure to AI, GenAI, Conversational AI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, HR systems, or similar technologies is preferred.
