Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate, Insurance, or Banking sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in promoting and selling financial or real estate products, generating qualified leads, developing customer relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects, insurance products, or banking services.
- Generate qualified leads through field marketing, digital campaigns, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
Sales Support
- Promote products and services to prospective customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and offers clearly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.
- Support achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process until closure.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Promotional Activities
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows, customer meets, and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate branding activities, including banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and promotional materials.
- Participate in corporate events and networking programs.
- Support branch-level marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate social media promotions and online lead generation activities.
- Work with the digital marketing team to improve campaign performance.
- Track online inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Track lead generation, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Submit performance reports to management.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Acquisition in the Real Estate, Insurance, or Banking (BFSI) sector.
- Experience in field marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of financial products, insurance policies, home loans, mortgages, or real estate projects is preferred.
