Job Description – Tender Executive

Company: HMBS Textiles Pvt Ltd
Department: Tendering & Business Development
Location: Delhi (Pitampura)
Reporting To: Tender Manager / Director

Job Summary

The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying suitable tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of tenders for government and private sector projects. The role requires strong documentation skills and knowledge of e-tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities

Search and monitor government and private tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, and other relevant platforms.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Prepare and compile technical and financial bid documents.
Coordinate with engineering, finance, procurement, and project teams for required inputs and documentation.
Ensure timely submission of online and offline tenders.
Manage EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other statutory requirements related to tenders.
Prepare compliance sheets, BOQs, quotations, and supporting documents.
Attend pre-bid meetings and handle tender-related clarifications.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded projects, and tender status reports.
Track bid results and coordinate with clients for post-bid activities.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies and client requirements.
Support management in business development and project acquisition activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in tendering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
Experience in handling government and private tenders.

Required Skills

Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and e-tendering portals.
Understanding of BOQ preparation and tender documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF editing tools.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Experience in construction, infrastructure, geotechnical, road, building, airport, or industrial projects.
Familiarity with contract terms, bank guarantees, EMD, and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
