Job Summary

Blitz Academy is seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor cum Videographer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, events, student testimonials, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute video shoots at office and outdoor locations.
Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
Edit raw footage into engaging and professional-quality videos.
Create reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and educational content.
Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
Perform color correction and color grading.
Optimize content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
Manage video assets and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio equipment.
Experience in motion graphics and social media content creation.
Excellent creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in educational, training, or digital marketing industries.
Photography and graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
