Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Associate with 2–4 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation, along with a strong understanding of finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer receipts.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations regularly.

Maintain general ledger and ensure proper accounting entries.

Ensure timely documentation, filing, and record management.
Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Prepare schedules for audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Support preparation of trial balance, provisions, accruals, and financial statements.
Compliance & Taxation

Prepare and file GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.

Maintain compliance documentation and support income tax and statutory audits.

Stay updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations.
Budgeting & Financial Analysis

Monitor departmental expenses against approved budgets.

Analyze cost variances and prepare reports for management.

Assist in forecasting and financial planning activities.
Process Improvement & Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments for invoices, approvals, and financial documentation.

Support automation and process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
-
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
Experience
-
2–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Experience in handling AP, AR, bank reconciliations, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Experience working with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data analysis).

Familiarity with financial reporting and MIS preparation.
