Key Responsibilities

Lead complete ERP implementation projects from project initiation to successful go-live.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope.
Manage project execution while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget objectives are achieved.
Configure and oversee ERP modules based on business requirements.
Work closely with functional and technical teams during implementation.
Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Plan and execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.
Conduct end-user training and support change management initiatives.
Manage external vendors and implementation partners when required.
Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
Ensure successful post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
