Job Title: Junior Operations Specialist – Customer Coordination & Operations Support

Company: SkySun
Location: Mohali (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers to 2 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month
Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Offs)
Communication Requirement: Excellent English Communication (C1 Preferred)

About the Role

SkySun is hiring a Junior Operations Specialist to support day-to-day business operations across multiple operational teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in operations, project coordination, customer management, and business execution.

No prior solar experience is required — we will provide domain training. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, customer-first thinking, ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coordination & Communication

Connect with customers to:
Collect information
Share project updates
Resolve queries professionally
Build positive customer relationships through clear and timely communication
Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate issues appropriately

Operations & Project Support

Support operational teams including:
Interconnection
Project Management
Permitting
Inspections
Scheduling
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth project execution
Track project activities and ensure timely follow-ups
Support scheduling of appointments, inspections, and operational milestones

Stakeholder Management

Communicate with:
Utilities
Internal teams
Customers
External partners
Subcontractors
Maintain accurate updates and documentation within internal systems

Execution & Problem Solving

Identify bottlenecks and support resolution
Adapt to changing priorities and business requirements
Take ownership of assigned work and ensure closure

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Graduate (Any Discipline)

✔ Freshers to 2 years of experience

✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication

✔ Strong customer service orientation

✔ Comfortable speaking with customers regularly

✔ Strong organizational and follow-up skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
