What is the work?
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Build and optimize search, shopping, display, remarketing, and social advertising campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics implementation with development teams.
- Manage Amazon US advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, product targeting, competitor ASIN targeting, and brand defense campaigns.
- Analyze Amazon search term reports to identify keyword opportunities, negative keywords, wasted spend, and campaign optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate Amazon listing optimization, A+ Content, Brand Store updates, product images, videos, and seasonal creatives.
- Support promotional campaigns for Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday, and other seasonal events.
- Conduct US market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, copywriters, and marketplace teams to deliver campaign assets on time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly client reports using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and advertising platforms.
- Build dashboards and translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
- Use AI tools to improve campaign planning, content creation, reporting, keyword research, and operational efficiency.
- Support Shopify and eCommerce teams with landing pages, tracking implementation, merchandising updates, and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage multiple US client accounts while maintaining campaign documentation, marketing calendars, SOPs, and client communication.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, eCommerce marketing, or Amazon marketplace advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with exposure to TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads being an advantage.
- Practical experience managing Amazon Ads for the US marketplace, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, keyword optimization, product targeting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, A+ Content, Brand Store management, and marketplace best practices.
- Good understanding of US eCommerce customer behaviour, keyword research, and marketplace trends.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and marketing performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend practical optimizations.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including design, development, content, and marketplace operations.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver campaigns on schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in working directly with US-based clients.
- Strong documentation, project management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve productivity and marketing execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Meta, and Amazon Ads certifications are preferred.
- Prior experience working with US-based eCommerce brands or Amazon US seller accounts is highly preferred.
