Job Description
-
Gather and analyze business requirements related to product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval workflows.
-
Design, develop, configure, and implement Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
-
Configure Product Catalogs, Product Families, Attributes, Configuration Rules, and Constraint Rules.
-
Develop and maintain Pricing Rules, Discounting Logic, and Pricing Matrices to support complex pricing models.
-
Configure Commerce Processes, Quote Layouts, Approval Workflows, and Document Generation.
-
Develop and customize Oracle CPQ using BML (BigMachines Language), BMQL, and utility libraries.
-
Build and maintain Data Tables, Data Columns, and data migration activities.
-
Design and develop Document Engine templates for quote, proposal, and contract generation.
-
Integrate Oracle CPQ with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Order Management, and Billing systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
-
Support integrations with systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics where required.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely bug fixes and performance optimization.

Deploy configurations and code across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments while following release management processes.

Create technical design documents, configuration guides, deployment documentation, and user manuals.

Collaborate with business users, solution architects, project managers, QA teams, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ensure adherence to Oracle CPQ development standards, coding best practices, and governance policies.

Configure security roles, user permissions, and access controls to ensure secure quote processing.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance quote-to-cash efficiency.

Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer (KT), and post-production support.
