Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter who can identify, attract, and hire top technology talent for our Gurgaon office. You'll play a key role in building high-performing technology teams by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing quality candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of technical hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment coordination — and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
✔ Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding
✔ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
✔ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
✔ Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit
Stakeholder Management
✔ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities
✔ Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels
✔ Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to stakeholders
✔ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Candidate Assessment & Offer Management
✔ Evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and organizational fit
✔ Conduct salary negotiations and manage the offer rollout process
✔ Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure smooth onboarding
✔ Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Recruitment Operations
✔ Prepare and publish job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
✔ Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio
✔ Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices
✔ Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities, where applicable
Industry Awareness
✔ Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks
✔ Continuously explore innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency
Skills & Competencies
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong knowledge of payroll & labor laws
· Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
· High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
· Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously
· Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Strong understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
· Proficiency in HR reporting, dashboards, and data analytics
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
· Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
· Ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
· 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations and/or Recruitment
· Strong knowledge of payroll & labor laws
· Hands-on experience with HRMS tools
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
