Full job description

Location: Angamaly, Kerala
Company: Concord Design Studio Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our factory accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent accuracy in financial transactions, and the ability to support daily factory accounting and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accuracy and speed in financial entries using accounting software/ERP.
Record and verify purchase invoices, expenses, and journal entries.
Manage petty cash, including daily transactions, reconciliation, and reporting.
Assist in factory accounts, billing, and documentation.
Maintain proper filing of financial records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Stores for accounting-related activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.
Provide administrative support for factory operations and office documentation.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
Experience in a manufacturing/interior/factory environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
