Roles & Responsibilities:

Have a good knowledge of Taxonomy process

Responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining structured systems for organizing and retrieving product attributes under the guidance of seniors.
- Support PIM transition and operate keeping in mind site-experience, logic and limitations.
- Map relevant attributes at Product Level Hierarchy for providing the right customer experience and evaluate data and changes conducted.
- Create Attribute Data Forms, Mass uploads and Merchant forms for action & review.
- Partner with US teams for strategy and structure of future Taxonomy / Attribution model.

Test user interface and update taxonomy to present information clearly & ensure translation to customer facing platform is accurate.
- Work with users to understand concepts, needs, usability, and potential problems.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement Taxonomy Attribute clean up deliverables.

Maintain and update the Taxonomy / Attribution model based on recommendations shared by seniors.
- Pull data level reports using SQL, based on requirements shared by various stakeholders.

Support Sr associate in team to publish weekly status reports and update internal dashboards.
Eligibility & Qualification:
-
1-3 years of experience in Retail, eCommerce Taxonomy, Attribution, Item setup and/or customer experience optimization
- Experience delivering optimized Taxonomy and Attribution models across digital channels (Site, App, Mobile, Tablet)
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with global partners/stakeholders.

Good in coordination and planning. Should be able to deliver under pressure and meet the deadlines.

Should be a team player with a positive attitude towards building cross-functional partnerships in the best interest of the business.

Good Excel knowledge is a must.

Proficiency in SQL is a plus.

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
