Position Summary
The Business Development Associate / Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with education agents, schools, colleges, universities, and other stakeholders to drive student recruitment and institutional growth. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international education markets.
- Expand and manage a network of education agents and recruitment partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging markets and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and implement business development strategies to achieve recruitment targets.
- Establish, negotiate, and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Draft, review, and manage Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and partnership agreements.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Support student recruitment initiatives through partner engagement.
- Represent UBSS at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Deliver presentations to prospective partners and students.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal teams to increase brand visibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Provide timely support and guidance to recruitment partners.
- Resolve partner queries and maintain high standards of professional communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, or the International Education/Study Abroad sector.
- Experience working with education consultants, universities, or higher education institutions is preferred.

- Experience in international student recruitment.
- Knowledge of higher education admissions and recruitment processes.
- Experience managing education agents and institutional partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data reporting.
